Information relating to the FPM Board elections.


Call for nominations for the 2019 FPM Board election


Fellows have until 5pm AEDT on Friday February 1, 2019 to nominate candidates for three vacancies on the FPM Board, using the nomination form

The nomination form must be signed by two fellows of the faculty, as well as by the nominee. Nominated candidates will be contacted for further information.


This year, in accordance with by-laws 1.1.1 to 1.1.1.6, there is one vacancy for a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA), one for a fellow of a division, faculty or a chapter of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and the remaining vacancy for a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). If a ballot is required, based on the number of nominations received, a secure electronic voting link will be emailed in March 2019. Results of the ballot will be announced at the FPM Annual General Meeting which will be held on Wednesday May 1, during the 2019 ANZCA Annual Scientific Meeting in Kuala Lumpur.
