Help develop procedural standards and training

The faculty is seeking expressions of interest from fellows to contribute to key strategic initiatives in procedural pain medicine.
As outlined in the pilot position statement published in July 2018, FPM is committed to promoting the latest evidence and context around procedures in pain medicine. Working groups are now being formed to develop a procedural clinical care standard, enhance the training program to strengthen the structure around delivery of optional procedural pain training for trainees in the practice development stage, develop educational courses, and consider appropriate CPD activities. We are anticipating that the bulk of the work will commence in 2019, with development of a clinical care standard expected to commence later this month.

To find out more or express an interest in this opportunity please contact Cassandra Sparkes by Friday November 23, 2018.
